Modifications to your order, such as changing sizes, colors, removing items, or updating your shipping address, can be made. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team via email. Kindly note that we can assist with order modifications before shipment; once the package is shipped, no changes can be made.

Cancellation of orders is possible if you haven't received the shipping notification. Contact our customer service via email. It's important to note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If the package arrives and you no longer want it, you can either keep it or initiate a return for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be handled by third-party logistics.

Typically, it takes about 3-5 working days to prepare your order, ensuring the product is perfectly ready for shipment. Rest assured, once your order is complete, we'll arrange immediate shipment and send a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you haven't received the confirmation by the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
